Premiere Elements

Hey. Normaly I can edit clips on Premiere Elements 13 and watch them but when i try to edit a big video (760 MB ; 20 minutes) I can see only 1 or 2 Frames per 10 seconds. First I thought it was only in the preview, but when i export it, it looks exactly like the preview (1 or 2 Frames per 10 seconds). Hope someone can help me! Thanks! 🙂

I downloaded (Get Media) to the wrong folder, then deleted it from the wrong folder, thinking I could simply download (Get Media) it again correctly.But the files do not show them to be available to re download.No, I did not "Delete files after download".The PC is a windows PC. Elements 11 release.

I'm trying to edit a video. Well, I import it to the program. I press play. I hear the video playing, but I don't see it playing. There is just a black screen. Could anybody tell me what I could be doing wrong and what do I need to do?

Hello!I recently bought Premiere Elements 15. I've been trying to upload media (.mp4 format) that I recorded on my iPhone 6. Some files upload just fine while others prompt this error message. I have no idea what differentiates these files and why some upload normally and others don't. All were taken on my iPhone. Some I transferred to a file on my computer when my phone was plugged in and others I emailed to myself and downloaded. This seems irrelevant because some that I emailed and some that I transferred work and others that I transferred and emailed don't work.What is the problem/what do I do?

I've tried to launch Premiere Elements 11, as I do almost every day, but I got an advice that told me the system have detected an incompatible graphic driver, and suggest me to update it. I've tried but "Intel" website answer me that they detected a modified VGA driver and suggested me to contact the notebook producer (Asus). So I did, and Asus send me a link to download the "correct" driver, but the result is Always the same... I launch Premiere Elements but when I try to open the Editor box I see the advice again and all my PC gets stuck, so I have to reboot. I treid also some other driver from Intel site and Always the same result.I've seen on forum that someone suggests to remove Premiere and reinstall it at all, but I don't know if this attempt will burn one of the available setup that I could use to install Premiere on another device.Is this a common problem?. does anyone have other solution to try?Thank to all in advance and best regardsPSIn my notebook, I have Windows 7 - 64 bi

I like the Auto Smart Tone tool but have found that it will not work with any media added as "numbered stills".  I have scanned 8mm movie film frame by frame saved as individual 720p tiff files.  I'm able to add these numbered stills and work with them fine in Premiere Elements 15, however, the Auto Smart Tone tool does not work with the any clip that is made up of numbered stills.  When I "Apply" or "Custom" for Auto Smart Tone nothing happens.  I tried "Clean Auto Smart Tone Learning" function under Preferences with no effect.  Auto Smart Tone works fine when working with media that is a video file (i.e. mov file, etc).  The problem seems to be limited to media from numbered stills only.

My work computer was wiped clean and now I am trying to put Premiere Elements 13 back onto it. I originally bought it online and it is still in my 'products' page of my account. How do I download it again?

PE 10 and 12...I choose MPEG-2 (1980x1080i 25) . the output file is M2T. I want to export an MPEG. Why chooses PE for another file and how can I export to MPEG-2?

Hi,I just had to rebuild windows from scratch. Formated the drive and everything. After putting all the importantstuff back on such as net framework, directx, C destributables, quicktime, flash and Java 7.  I installed Premiere Elements 13and it fails to launch. Remember this is a fresh windows,The antivirus (BitDefender) is now fully updated, I found and old thread on this topic and worked through it but nothingresolved it. So I am left with it crashing during launch every single time. Could someone suggest a way to fix this please?ThanksChris

I downloaded videos from an old camcorder and have added them to the new project. The visual side is perfect. The audio on most is also fine. On some of the videos however the complete audio track is distorted. It follows the visual track but is high pitched, like the chipmunk sounds, and has an awful echo. can someone tell me how to cure this? When I play the same video that I have stored on the PC without using elements is if perfectly OK, so I assume it must be a problem with the software? Could it be the settings? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have two mp4 videos taken at the same time. One is 13 minutes long and 732MB. The other is 39 seconds long and 2 GB in Elements Organiser but 193GB in Windows 10 explorer. I originally opened both in Adobe Elements Premier 10 but did not really manage to do anything through lack of understanding of Premier. Both files show similar frame sizes, data rates etc so I cannot see what is wrong with the 193GB file. It opens and plays in Premier, with occasional short play interruptions. There is no sign of anything after the video. It took over a day to copy or move this file in Windows. Any ideas about what is wrong and how to return it to its original size?

HelloI am trying to create a page of credits at the end of a movie clip using Text | Default scrolling that, at the moment, looks like this:I don't expect Premiere Elements to be like MS Word when it comes to text, but it seems a tedious process.On the TimeLine itself, I see this:How am I able, please, to add further credits under Ave Maria at the bottom, because I can't see any scrollbars that will 'push up' these existing credits to allow me to add more under Ave Maria? When I have tried to use the Selection Tool arrow to do so, it just corrupts the text that I am posting here (it all gets jumbled up).I am using Premiere Elements 11 on Windows 10.Many thanks.Steve

My windows computer has crashed so I no longer have the Pinnacle Studio program.  However I have many completed movies from Pinnacle.  I'm moving to Mac and Premiere Elements.  is there any way to convert the VOB files into Premiere Elements?

I have a Mac computer and Premier Elements 13.On the welcome page you can open existing projects. I have deleted the files for one of these projects but I cannot get rid of the title of the project which keeps appearing in the list of projects . ANY THOUGHTS??PAUL

I'm just looking for confirmation of Export & SHare settings before I burn a number of Blu-Ray Discs...Using PE 14.1 on a WIN7 PC I have a 20-minute HD video ready "to burn".The source is a Panasonic HD V727 Camcorder set up for PAL:A short version of the video was exported to an MP4 file & then uploaded to YouTube successfully.Now I have the "Extended Edition" for fellow-club members only.As distribution methods I thought about:1) MP4 file - no problem here.2) Blu-Ray Disc3) AVCHD Disc (on grounds that the DVD-R Rohlings cost half that of Blu-Ray)Looking at (2) Blu-Ray, I went to Export & Share & selected Disc & Blu-Ray.I saw that the Frame Rate was set to 23,976; recalling that PAL should be 25 I set this &on the RHS it changed from Custom Settings to Recommended Settings viz.:If I tick the Fit Contents to available space the resulting Space Required goes from 3.64 GB to 4.31 GBand the Bit Rate from 20.19Mbps to 24.00Mbps:Q1: Is there any real advantage to tic

My video isn't visible after I upload the file to Premiere Elements 11.  It doesn't seem to be a codec problem as I checked G-Spot and it says correct audio and video codecs are installed.  The avi files play fine on G-Spot and the Movies & TV applications.  I recently got the new laptop and the problem may be related to something on it as my old Windows 7 laptop didn't have this problem.Would you please help me?System info:Windows 10 Home OS.avi file typePremiere Elements v 11.0

Within the past year (early 2016), I bought a new Dell Inspiron 5559, Core i5-6300u, 2.3 GHz, 4 CPUs, 12 GB RAM, Windows 10 Home 64-bit, 1920x1080 res. laptop.  Is my computer compatible with Adobe Premiere Elements 15?  I understand that everyone recommends an i7, but I don't want to buy a new computer.  If my computer is not compatible with this software, can anyone recommend video editing software for less than $150 that would be compatible with my computer?  Or, will an older version of Adobe Premiere Elements be compatible with my computer?  Thank you in advance for your help.

Is GoPro Hero 5 supported by Premier Elements 15 ? I'm able to get my GoPro clips into Premier Organizer, but when I try to download from my GoPro directly into Elements, I get a "not supported device" error message.
