I have1 disc M.2 Samsung 250Gb-> Windows 10 and programs Adobe.1 disc SSD Intel 2 disc HDD  in RAID 0 2Tb1 RAM Disk.That I recommend for Premiere to work properly?I can configure to make this configuration default and not have to change the settings with each Project?thanks

Hello, I'm new to editing 4k video footage. I use Premiere Pro CS6 and eventually will switch over to the CC version. Based on my setup do I just need to upgrade my graphics card to something like the GTX-1060 with 6Gig? Or a different card? Hi guys! I have Adobe Premiere. When i apply a video effect Lens Distorsion the render process during 5/6 Hours,and premiere not use 100% CPU and 600mb of RAM. If I render the clip with other effect it use 100% cpu and 1500mb of ram and it during 5/10 minutes. Setting render: 1080p;59.94fps;8000kbs bitrate. My pc specs: i5 7600,gtx 1050ti 4gb,8 gb ram ddr4. Please help me . Thanks

Hello Everyone,i have a big problem. My clips and music is jerking. The cursor jumps a frame back every few seconds. Render dind't helpt. Also to transcode the files didn't help. Do you have any ideas?I already thought that it could be a problem with my laptop but i never had any problems with another program.PLEASE HELP

I'm buying a laptop for editing on the go (I travel a lot for work). I have a smokin' desktop at home for Premiere Pro CC, and don't need something as powerful for mobile use, just something that won't give me headaches.I'm on a limited budget, so I'd appreciate your quick advice. Hello.I came across an interesting offer. I can get a desktop computer with 2 x 8 cores Xeon E5-2670 CPUS, NVIDIA Quadro K5000, 48 gigs of ram, 250 SSD, 750 Hard drive for 1300 euro. It's second-hand. I use mainly Element 3D, Trapcode's Plug-Ins (Particular,Shine ...) in After Effects. Also, I use Cinema 4D, Illustrator, Photoshop. I need a machine that can render very heavy projects inside of After Effects. I've never used Xeon and Quadro so I'm not sure. I've seen people complaining because of the Quadro k5000 that it's not what they have expected. The GPU is very important for me. When I currently render I've set AE to use the GPU (GTX 950M) and when I look at my task manager the GPU is being used at 100% while the CPU is at 10%-30%. I've seen people saying that the GPU is not important for the render but the CPU is what should be looked at. Because of my experience I don't think so.

i recently just got a e5 2650 2.5ghz 8-16 cpu wanting to render with that cpu but adobe media renderes slow than my i7 2600 with the same setting which is really werid because i though adobe program would be able to use them core for make render alot faster if could shine light on this i would love to hear because im pulling my hair about this

Hi,I'm trying to arrange the set up of a new system at work for video editing (plus some After Effects animating). I just want to double check the specs that have been suggested. At a previous company I had a lot of lag watching video stored externally (via a USB 3 connected hard drive). Will the SSD used to store all videos files be fast enough connecting through the Thunderbolt port (USB-C) to watch in real time? On occasion I'll be applying effects or animating in After Effects and will need to view RAM previews too in real time. Hello,I need a new laptop for videoediting on Adobe Premiere Pro. My main requirement is that the software would run smoothly for the next couple of years at least - a little bit slower renderring times or so do not play such a big role for me. I had to return Dell XPS 15 9560, because it was facing a really annoying playback issue when used with NVIDIA Geforce 1050 - according to Adobe itself, Nvidia Geforce 1050 is not working well with the software at this right moment. I just don't get it. PRP 2014 was butter smooth even on my older machines. I've been exporting series of 18 files at 720x480 resolution that are around 40 minutes long each, in Adobe Encoder, and it has taken over 24 hours.The Task Manager shows that there is on average, 3% CPU utilization. Occasionally it will spike up to 90%, but usually stays around 2-3%.My computer has an AMD FX 4300 processor, 8GB RAM, and a GeForce GT 430 GPU.The option to use the graphics rendering was greyed out, but my edits are simply encoding from mpeg to mp4 and m2v (see pictures below) I didn't use any color correction or any other "special effects" only cutting and rearranging clips, so I don't think the GPU would be used anyways for this kind of encoding. As a possibly related note, I haven't been able to find my graphics card in device manager, and so even though everything shows up fine on the monitor, it may be possible that it's not fully functional, though again, I don't think that should matter for this kind of encoding. What is The Best set up for Premiere Pro 2018?I have a Quadro M4000 Nvidia card, Driver 390.77, and it crashes every day about 10 times. Its reaction is slow and its playback can stall at times and I have to restart premiere all the time. Can anyone tell me why?

Me and a friend have been asked to make a parts list for a 4k video editing PC to be used by the school. We have been given a budget of £1500 and have used our limited knowledge of computers to gather parts for it. The school will be primarily running premier pro and therefor the system should be optimised for it. It is likely that we will be doing some light overclocking. All the footage will be stored on external hard drives so the ssd is only needed for the OS and programs as well as the current project.
