Abnormal Reader window borders on Windows 10

I've noticed for some time that my Adobe Reader reverts to Windows 7 style borders after some time using it. Usually happens after I alt-tab from fullscreen applications. But I observe the same problem in my work laptop, without any fullscreen app. After sometime using it, the borders get wrecked.

I turned off Sandbox Protections, to no avail.

This has not been fixed and is still an issue with adobe acrobat 23.008.20421.0

This seems to be long standing issue now. Why not fix it?

Thank you for reaching out.

The issue was addressed in the June update. If you are still experiencing similar behavior, please share more information on what happened. We will get this rechecked.

Share the OS version and the screenshot. It would be helpful if you could share a screen recording.
