Adobe Acrobat Reader Not Responding

Hi,

 

We are having an issue across our business with multiple users opening PDF's and the application is not responding for a couple of minutes.

 

We are on the latest version, this is a mix of Windows 10 and 11 clients.

Is anyone else having this problem? Can Adobe help at all?

We're having this issue as well.  It's very frustrating and so far we haven't found a fix!  I'm giving this a try today so we'll see.

I have seen this hsappen a lot these last few months.

The only way i have found to fix this is disbale the new acrobat in the menu list
