Ausgabenvorschau im Acrobat Reader zeigt nur RGB an

Hallo,
seit einiger Zeit wirde mir in der Ausgabenvorschau (Druckoptionen) des Acrobat reader nur noch RGB-Farbauszüge angezeigt. Auch nach Umstellung auf z.B. "FOGRA39" werden nur RGB-Farbauszüge gezeigt. Liegt der Fehler bei mir oder im Programm?

Hope you are doing well.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20857 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and check

Hello,
I have installed the latest version of the file on WIN 10. I have also deleted the KEY and had it recreated. I have also had the entire Acrobat installation repaired. Unfortunately, the problem still persists. Sometimes I get PDF files from outside where the output preview works correctly. Could it possibly be due to settings within InDesign, for example?
