barra preta no acrobat Reader DC

Ao deixar um documento PDF aberto por algum tempo sem lhe mexer, a barra do cursor do lado esquerdo fica negra e não é mais possível fazer deslizar o cursor para cima ou para baixo. Só se resolve, fechando o documento e abrino de novo. Ocorre com todos os documentos.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20117 (Win), 22.1.20112 (Mac) installed. Go to help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

 

Also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

hi Amal

 

My version is 22.1.20117.

I reset preferences as you propose but it didn't work. 

My pc is a service one and i don't have admin rights. I will try in my personal computer to see if the same problem happens.
