Bouton Impression inactif avec windows 2009

Open the file in Acrobat Reader and you can print it.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the print button is inactive in Win 10

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to print the file? is it a PDF file or any other format file (Word, Excel)

If the file is on a shared network/drive/web, please download and save the file to your computer first and then try to print.

Please try to check for nay pending/missing updates for Win 10 and try updating them and reboot the computer once and check.

If its a PDF file, What is the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.01.20145 installed go to Help > Check for Updates.

If it still doesn't work, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and check.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.
