DC Reader printing only 50% of the PDF

  Hi, we noticed that occasionally when we try to print all PDF pages, half of the pages get removed. If we close and  DC Reader reopen the file, it will print all the pages. we using Version: 22.1.20117.0
I have attached a screenshot any help would be appreciated

Your screenshot shows that you've selected to print only the odd pages. That will cause all othere pages to be excluded from the print process. Maybe that's the problem already?!

thanks for the reply but I never selected to print only the odd pages DC Reader did this automaticy

    Hi there

     

    Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

     

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer locally and then try again and check.

     

    Also, please check for any missing/pending updates for printer driver and firmware and try updating it and check.

     

    You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

     

    Also, try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

    and see if that works.

    Hi, Thank you Amal for the help 

     

    1 it happens on all PDF files  but not all the time 

     

    2 I check the printer driver and firmware they are up to date it also does it if I try to Microsoft Print to PDF and XPS Document Write 

     

    3 I have tested the Acrobat on multiple windows computers and it does it on all of them
