Export - Conversion Error - reoccuring

Hi, I keep getting an error message when I try to convert a file from PDF to WORD. See below. I have tried quitting the application and opening it again.

      Any updates yet?  The last one was almost 4 hours ago.  Patience is one thing.  Poor communications is another!

      Seems there is a massive outage of AWS.  I guess adobe may be running on AWS?  Amazon AWS S3 outage is breaking things for a lot of websites and apps | TechCrunch

      I get conversion errors when trying to convert pdf to an excel format.

      I also can not convert from a .pdf to a WORD today.  Is their system down?
