Extra Layers in PDF

Dear Team,

I m preparing a TECHNICAL SUBMITTAL document for one project. I have added couple of documents in one document and idk why my whole pdf is almost hanged up. When ever i open it takes alot of time to open and once it opens to scroll it takes a lot of time. It shows some layer added but i dont know how to turn off or remove those layers to fix. PLEASE HELP ME. i can share the document if required. Please find attach error SS. I have shared the final document to client and he is not able to open in his laptop. File size is 250MB. but i have 1gb files which opens quickly and scrolls fast but this file isn't.

You can't change the document with Acrobat Reader.
