FIRMA ELECTRONICA

Question

Cuando cargo el archivo para la firma me dice que hay un error en cargar el archivo, pero intento con otros y me pasa lo mismo. Son archivos de balances de mi empresa que tiene que firmar el contador. y no se como hacer para solucionar el problema

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the trouble.

Could you please try doing the same on the web portal and check if it works fine there?

Please try to repair the installation from the Help menu (Windows only), reboot the system, and see if that helps.

Also, try to reset the Acrobat preference as described on the help page:
