How to set the data size of each request of fast web view

Reader will automatically use range loading if it is used from a web page viewed with internet explorer AND the PDF is optimised for fast web view。But every request is about 16K，Too many requests, resulting in browser crash。There is a method to set the data size of each request in the Acrobat Reader
