I don't think you HAVE heard our feedback

Dear Adobe UI designers, developers & bean-counters, re: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/we-ve-heard-your-feedback-adobe-acrobat-ai-assistant-enhancements/td-p/15132290

is this new? No. Are there duplicate-ish posts? absolutely.  For over a decade people have been complaining about, and hacking registry settings to get rid of, that  "All tools" left nav that keeps re-opening on every document.  Even when the app is open already and you just open a new tab, the stupid thing pops up and takes up 25% of the real estate. Then I see a post from you titled "we've heard your feedback" and it's about AI... WTA??   Are you kidding me with this?  NOBODY wants this nav behavior. NOBODY, NOBODY, NOBODY!  If you tried using your own product in a real world scenario you would quickly realize the frustration this generates upon each use.  Please just TURN IT OFF COMPLETELY until & unless you create a non-volitile switch for users to turn it off/on.  It is the housefly that bounces across you tv sreen and just keeps coming back.

Hello Lori!

I hope you are doing well, and we apologize for the trouble.

The post above discusses feedback from other users regarding the Generative AI capabilities in Acrobat.

Regarding your concern about removing the quick toolbar, the new UI allows you to reposition it on the screen. However, the option to remove it entirely has been noted as an enhancement request and will be considered for future updates.

If you’d like to share your feedback, please submit your request here. For more details on the new UI, check out these articles:

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
