impossibility to open Acrobate Reader without Flash Player

Hello,
I have a problem. I have an Adobe Acrobat Reader file that I cannot open because it asks me to open it with Flash Player. These 2 messages appear.

How can I proceed ?

Update to the latest version of Reader DC.

I believe newer versions of Reader don't rely on Flash player, but the folks at Acrobat Reader forum would know best.  Moving this to the Acrobat Reader forum.
