Issue with fill and sign

Question

Hi,I have an issue with fill and sign with all my pdf files.It happened when I try to add text  but it won't write them I checked if it in white colour and it wasn't  what I tried is to uninstall and checked permissions, and all seems in order I use windows 10

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to fill in the PDF forms and add text . Also as mentioned the white color isn't selected.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using. To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.01.20145 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

If it still doesn't work, please try to repair the installation form the help menu. Go to Help > Repair Installation.

If it still doesn't work please try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that works.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.
