Bonjour,

 

depuis que nous avons installé la dernière cité en objet, nous avons le message suivant:

 

voici les choses que j'ai essayé pour résoudre le problème:

1) mise à jour / réparation d'acrobat reader dc (version 22.003.20258)

2) désactivation de l'antivirus pour s'assurer que ce dernier ne bloque pas

 

Malheureusement aucune des solutions n'a fonctionné. Si l'on déinstalle la KB, cela fonctionne après un redémarrage. L'autre solution étant de désactivé le mode protéger dans acrobat reader, ce qui n'est franchement pas top comme solution non plus.

Thanks for your answer.

Finally I desinstalled and re-installed Reader. And now it works in protected mode and opens files.

Just a remark:

Before this action I tried to see if an update existed. The answer was "no update".

It seems that the new version has the same number but looks different. (2023.006.20360).
