Ocultar em definitivo Painel de Ferramentas no Acrobat Reader

Bom dia, pessoal.

Não consigo ocultar a barra de ferramentas que sempre aparece do lado esquerdo da tela ao abrir documentos no Adobe Acrobat Reader, ocupando espaço e diminuindo o Zoom do arquivo, o que torna-se imprático e irritante, pois tenho que minimizá-la toda vez que abro um documento. Estou utilizando a Versão 2023.006.20320 64 bits.

Eu segui o caminho Menu>Preferências>Documentos>Lembrar o estado atual do painel Ferramentas.

Eu marco a opção, aperto em Ok, minimizo a barra e abro os arquivos em sequência, mas surpreendentemente, a barra não fica oculta, sempre reaparece! Estou bem frustrada com essa situação... aparentemente tão simples. 

Alguém tem a solução para este problema?

    Boa tarde,

     

    Aqui também é um inferno. A opcao "Restaurar as configirações da ultima visualização do doumento ao reabrir documentos" está marcada, mas não faz diferença. Ainda que funcionasse, aparentemente seria para reabertura de documentos :-(.
    Queria que o painel de ferramentas e a janela marcadores nunca abrissem, seja na 1a ou na 10a visualização. A cada dia surgem mais features que poluem a tela e nao tem opcao de desligá-las. Parecem que querem nos obrigar a usá-las, mas para mim em efeito contrário, me desanima cada vez mais.

    The option to permanently hide the tool panel is not yet available. You may share your feature request with the development team directly here https://adobe.ly/4108c8L 

    To stop the bookmarks pannel from opening everytime, please try the steps below:

    • Open the PDF in Acrobat Pro 
    • Go to Documents Properties (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > Initial view tab > change the 'Navigation tab' to page only > click OK and reboot the application and check.

    Ana, essa configuração também me incomoda. 

    Resolvi a situação clicando na opção "Restaurar as configurações da última visualização ao reabrir os documentos."

    Fica no mesmo caminho que você fez,  Menu>Preferências>Documentos>Lembrar o estado atual do painel Ferramentas. , sendo que na minha versão do Adobe essa é a primeira opção da janela.

    Have you started experiencing this issue recently after the update or was it there before as well?

     

    Please try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

    Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

    You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

     

    If it still doesn't work, please share a small video recording of the issue and collect the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html , Procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html  and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
