Problem detecting Adobe reader as the default PDF reader on my Mac OS Catalina

Trying to sign an offical doc, it pops up a problem that avoid me moving forward. they tell me I need adobe reader to be able to move on with the process, because the reader WebKit built-in PDF is not supported. I´ve adobe reader and it is set up as the default PDF reader on my Mac. can anyone help me with this issue? I do not know what reader they are talking me about, and why they do not detect I already have adobe reader. (I´m using Mac- Catalina)

Hi RBreton,

 

It seems that you are opening a dynamic PDF on the browser. Please download the PDF on your Mac and save it locally.

Then open it directly in the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application.
