After hours and hours of searching on internet i still dont find how to fix this problem , i got the Adobe Acrobate Pro (35.99euro/month) for nothing, is dont work , tiff, png, convert to docx and after reconvert on pdf, just nothing

And all i got is that message :

I already restart my windows 10, i already check version is the last one, i already try repair instalation, i already shut down the electricity in all my neighbourhood and restart my computer, still got this annoing message. I dont know if this bug is on next spring of adobe teams or in "pipeline" or whatever fency terms to make you pay 36euro for a bad product , but should be.
