Reset Drawing Tools - Rectangle Specfically

I am having trouble resetting my retangle tool, the settings dont always appear to adjust the fill and line ect. I also locked the setting on accident, and cant seem to delete or edit what I am drawing. I would like to just default the entire tool, basically.
