Signature disappears

Hello,

when I want to enter my signature on a pdf document it disappears right now.

I reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader and got the same problem. 

Could someone help me?

Hi Salih,

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

 

Would you mind elaborating a bit more about the workflow/steps you are doing to sign the PDF? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

 

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to help > About Acrobat and make sire yo have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and reboot the computer.

 

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and check.
