I’m not sure how I subscribed to this. I was unaware of these charges. How can I be refunded?

    Thank you for the screenshot, it helps. This is the Acrobat Reader (for desktop) forum. Acrobat Reader for Mobile has a separate forum.

     

    Reader for Mobile is also free. You have the option to subscribe to the Premium version which includes some editing features that are otherwise only available in Acrobat Pro. Your screenshot says you have Premium.

    Adobe does not collect the payments for Mobile — that is done by the App Store or Google Play. You will need to contact Apple for payment issues.

    I checked your account using the email ID registered with the Adobe Community. And I can't find any subscription linked to your account. Could you give us more details? If you have subscribed to any Adobe Subscription, you must have received an email with Order ID and the name of the subscription. Please share those details.
