Hello. I use Adobe Reader DC and have some problems with printing, but can't solve that by myself. Have some artifacts on paper after printing PDF files, it seems like pixels . Tried different ways to solve that issue, but unsuccessfully. Please, can you tell me how set to default all preferences of Adobe Reader DC ?

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble. As described above, after print the PDF it seems like pixels.

Is this a behavior with a particular file or with all the PDF files you try printing? Please try to print a different PDF file and check.

You may try resetting the preferences to default. Please use the steps provided in the link here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082) and see if that works.

Also, you may try printing as image. Go to Print > Advanced > Print as Image.

If it still doesn't work, please open the PDF in chrome. Right click on the PDF and open with chrome and try to print from there and see if that makes any difference.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal

Hi!

Thanks for the answer!

I try some different files and have the same problem.

This is list of actions I have tried:

1. Print another files.

2. Print as a image.

3. Reinstall Adobe Reader.

4. Print from Google Chrome.

5. Reset the Adobe Reader preferences to default.

6. Change toner-cartridge for my Printer

Unfortunately all actions didn't work. Print from MS Word or Image files haven't that problem.

For example, I attached the part of the file:

Hi there,

We are sorry to hear that the issue still persists.

Is this a behavior with a particular file or with all the PDF files you are printing? If its a particular file, could you please share a sample file with us for testing? Please click on the message icon on the top right corner of the screen to share the file in private message.

What is the make and model of the printer you are using? Make sure all the printer drivers and firmware are up to date.

Regards,

Amal
