What happens to the account "EnterpriseHelp"?

I created a few month ago a thread in the community and got an answer. After some conversation the person try to get an engineer for the problem.

I asked for news but no answer. The account is offline since 28th of october.

So i write a private message to AnandSri but no answer?!

Could somebody from Adobe take a look about my problem, please?
