Question

adobe capture assets not syncing

Hi all.

I created several color palettes with adobe capture, but the information isn't moving into the cloud.

I tried creating a new library on the app and moving all the assets, and the apps now show the new library but with no assets?

I shut down PS and reopened, but nothing changed.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong?

Jen

    Hi Jen.

Sorry it's not working correctly. A few questions (some of them may seem obvious, but bear with me):

    * What version of Capture are you using and what device are you on?

    * Do the  Color Themes seem to be saving and showing up in a particular library in the app okay?

    * When you sign in with your Adobe ID to https://assets.adobe.com/libraries do you see the Color Themes there?

    * Have you tried signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop App and signing back in? Just in the off chance that you're signed in there with a different login?

    * Do you have other assets, aside from these Color Themes, that ARE actually showing up in Photoshop?

Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.

    Sue.

    Hi Sue!

Thank you so much for responding.

I figured it out - totally my fault. I was signed in with a different email, so I switched.

My palettes were wiped, so I had to redo the colors, but they're in the library now.

    I appreciate your time!

    Jennifer.

I'm glad it was something simple.

But, just in case you want them, it's quite likely, though that those Color Themes are still available in that other account.
