As mentioned above, that you are unable to Sign In in the mobile application. So is there any specific error message that you get while signing in?

Try the following-

1- Restart the app, close it completely and try again.

2- Check if there is any pending update.

3- If nothing works, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

4- The network (internet connection) you are working on. Shouldn't be the restricted network which is causing trouble.
