您好:
我購買的APP是一項好產品，近一年來已經鮮少使用。
估計今年到2023的5月9日也不會使用，金額高達2120新台幣，因為APP是以年費來計算，若能按月來算是較合理!
我希望貴機構能按日退款(照一年的比例)給我20220622~20230509，那才是對消費者的最大幫助，若您能考慮我的請求，將不勝感激。
