구독취소했는데 결제됨 확인부탁해요

구독했는데 내가 열려고하는 파일이 안열려서 바로 구독취소했습니다. 근데 앱사용은 계속돼요 구독 취소가 안된건가요?? 환불부탁드려요

I checked the email address registered on the community and saw that the subscription is still active.
