Initiate refund from the store: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.

Also, if you could share details about the transaction that you are referring to, like a screenshot of the transaction or the email address on which you received a confirmation of the transaction related to Adobe would be great to investigate further.
