이중 플랜 결제 환불 가능한가요?

결제 카드가 제 카드가 아니라 결제 내역을 모르고 있었는데요.. 올해 6월부터 플랜이 2개가 가입되어 매달 이중 결제가 진행되고 있었다는 걸 방금 알게 되었습니다.

어떻게 한 계정에 혜택이 중복되는 플랜이 두개가 가입 될 수 있는거죠...?

이 부분에 대해서 플랜 한개 구독취소와 환불 받을 수 있을까요?
