플랜 취소 수수료 환불 부탁드립니다

학교 중간고사 과제물 때문에 한달만 이용하려고 월별 플랜을 구매했다가 과제물을 다 완료해서 플랜 취소를 했었습니다. 그러나 플랜을 구매할 땐 언제든지 취소가 가능하다고 써있었는데도 불구하고 돈이 빠져나가니까 너무나도 당황스럽습니다. 학생인지라 알바비로 용돈 없이 혼자 벌어서 생활하고 있는데 제발 환불 부탁드립니다.
