18.10.00 "Could not open (filexx.pdf) due to an unknown error. Please try again later."

ios 12.0.1  Acrobat 18.10.00

All my pdf files were working fine opening in Acrobat Reader iPad thru Other Locations / OneDrive.  After the ios update to 12.0, unable to open majority of the files on OneDrive with error msg of "Could not open (filexx.pdf) due to an unknown error.  Please try again later."  Updated Acrobat from 18.09.13 to 18.09.14 and now to 18.10.00 and STILL unable to open my files with the same msg.

This release addresses the problem with OneDrive.
