Adobe is a company that makes many applications. Do you mean Acrobat? If so, the last version of Acrobat Perpetual License was 2020, not 2021. It's not clear what you purchased.

Acrobat Classic has a 3-year term license, non-renewing, and paid upfront. According to Help, it does not include the mobile app:

"With Acrobat Classic, you have full access to PDF tools on your desktop only (no web or mobile access). If you want additional features and cloud services, you can choose an Acrobat subscription instead."

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/faq-acrobat-classic.html

If you purchased a subscription to Acrobat, it includes the Reader for Mobile. Download it from the App Store and sign in with the same Adobe ID.

Please clarify your purchase.

  • I have a subscription to Acrobat that includes Acrobat Reader for Mobile with the Premium features (which are otherwise a add-on)
  • I've found that the newer Acrobat Classic does not include Acrobat Reader for Mobile
  • I have not been able to find anything on the older Acrobat 2020 and Reader for Mobile.

Reader is free, but there are Premium features that can be paid for as an in-app purchase or are included with a subscription.
See https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/managingsubscriptions.html and scroll to "Adobe Acrobat Premium".

You might try downloading Reader from the App Store and then sign in with your Adobe ID. Say "no" initially to the in-app purchases, which means the Premium version.

And while researching this, I came across this tiny notice that AI Assistant will be available for purchase in a few weeks on September 4. I don't know anything else about this!
