26.4.0.44605 version does not allow to enter/change/write on huawei 2026 tablet

26.4.0.44605 version does not allow to enter/change/write on Huawei matepad 2026 model tablet. If I download apk from Acrobat site, it works fine. If I accept updates than it stops. It turns to unpaid version. This MUST be solved URGENT.

    If I download old apk from acrobat site, it works fine. If I download AppGalery apk file which is always the latest version, it does not work. If I make the update from GBox or Play Store in GBox then it does not work. All update options works as if I am free user.

     

    All permissions are given to acrobat. It see and write any folder. It means it has right reach all folders, all files on the tablet.

    Hi Amal,

     

    New version released  . 26.4.1.44656 and the stiuation is the same. I can enter, write. I can not do anything. As if I am free user. This stiuation occured by the previous update. It was normal before the update.

    I Cleared Cache and Data. I did it again. It does not help. 

    Only old version apk file works fine. By the way it does not matter to use apk new version file or GBox/Play Store update. Both does not work. Only old version apk file is working fine. 25.12.1.41780

    • Which tool are trying to use to enter/change/write? What is the workflow/steps you are taking?
    • How are you accepting the updates as Google play store is not on Huawei tablets?

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

     

    Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are exepriencing

    • Which tool are trying to use to enter/change/write? What is the workflow/steps you are taking?
    • “If I accept updates than it stops” How are you accepting the updates as Google play store is not on Huawei tablets?
    • Please share a small recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.
    • Are you signed in after the update when the issue happens?
    • Also, does the issue affect all files or only certain PDFs?
    • What is the version of the OS you are using?

     

    Please try the steps below and see if that works:


    1.Check Sign-in Status
    Open Acrobat > Tap Profile > Make sure you’re signed in with the correct Adobe ID.Try signing out and signing back in.


    2. Check App Permissions
    Go to device Settings > Apps > Acrobat > Permissions
    Ensure storage and file access are allowed.
     

    3.Clear Cache/Data
    Settings > Apps > Acrobat > Storage > Clear Cache (and Data if needed)
    Then reopen and sign in again.

    4.Avoid Auto Updates (temporary workaround)
    Since the APK version works, you can continue using it and disable auto-updates for now until this is resolved.

    5.Check Subscription Status
    If you’re using premium features, confirm your subscription is active and linked to the same Adobe ID.
