I signed up to the 7 day free trail, and the features aren't available to me. I also need to sign in every time I launch the app. This isn't going to attract new customers continuing on with this platform. I wanted to trail the app before deciding to purchase to see if its right for me.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

Would you mind trying out the steps below and let us know if it helps:

Go to your phone's settings-> Apps-> Acrobat-> Clear Data & Cache. Once done, restart your device and check again.

 

If it does not work, please help us with a few details for further investigation:

1. The App version of Acrobat you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The device and OS details;

3. A screen recording showing the entire event of what happens.
