Hi @ali28368128sgb5,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

The option "delete," as the name defines, deletes the files from the original location. To remove a file from the list in Acrobat Reader Mobile, you should use the "Remove from recent" option.

If the file is removed from your Google Drive, I am afraid you would need to contact the creator to get the file reversed or a new copy to access.

Hope this clarifies the question.

Thanks for the reply Souvik,

the thing is if I delete a file in my google drive it goes to the "bin" (which Acrobat doesn't have at all) and it can easily be recovered later. People can make mistakes right???
However when I did delete a GOOGLE SHEET file which was located in my GOOGLE DRIVE through ACROBAT, it didn't even go to a bin in my google drive. it disappeared from everywhere.... how is that possible? Acrobat has a right to delete files in google drive permanently🤷🏻‍♂

Hi @ali28368128sgb5,

Yes. This is a designed behavior from Acrobat Reader Mobile as of now. We are aware of this and are looking to make a few tweaks in the upcoming updates.
