Bonjour 👋 

j'ai fait un achat d'un abonnement 

Je l'ai utilisé Une fois au moment où je les ai acheté

Maintenant je voulais l'utiliser encore et il trouve pas L'abonnement

Me demande de m'abonner à nouveau alors que je la vois l'abonnement comme active. Mais je ne peux pas l'utiliser

Avez-vous une idée pour m'aider s'il vous plaît ?

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and am unable to track any active/paid subscriptions. If you may have used a different email for the subscription, please share it with us via private message so we can track it further.

I send you the screen with My abonament and adobe tell me you are not abonament. 
but abonament in cours of valability . 
Is a problem on site !!!!

We are sorry for the trouble. Have you purchased the subscription via App Store, Play Store, or Samsung Store?

 

Also, ensure that the email ID used to purchase the plan on the Store is the same as the one used to log in to the Acrobat application, and see if that resolves the issue.
