abnormal function
The pdf text recognition function is abnormal. Slowly and automatically exits during the conversion process, and a message indicating that the conversion fails is displayed.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
What is the version of the Acrobat mobile app you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat. Also, check for any pending/missing updates and try updating the app from the App/Play Store, and reboot the device once.
If it still doesn't work please log-out of the app and re-login and check.
