I checked your Adobe account and found that you have an Acrobat Premium subscription. This plan is an add-on for the free Acrobat Reader mobile app, which means it gives you extra features when you use the app on your mobile device (Android or iOS).

Please note that Acrobat Premium doesn’t work on desktop computers. It is designed only for the Acrobat Reader mobile app, where you can use premium features like editing PDFs, converting files, combining documents, and more https://adobe.ly/49antsm 

If you want to use similar premium tools on your Windows or Mac desktop, you’ll need to have a desktop plan like Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Pro, which include those features for computer use.

@ahmetyt_i?lkjh0577 this may be a two-sided response:

  • Acrobat Reader is free. If you purchased an upgrade from your phone may it be through Google Play or Apple App Store, it's important to note that mobile subscriptions are limited to mobile use only. If you want to use those premium features on your desktop, mobile and web browsers, you'll need to upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Pro, which is a separate subscription that works across all platforms.

  • what do you mean 'but my subscription did not come out?" — did you go to adobe.com? One thing to double-check is whether you signed into Adobe Acrobat using the same email address you used when purchasing the subscription and check your subscription status under “Plans.” If everything looks correct and it’s still not showing in the app, you might want to sign out of Acrobat and sign back in again using the verified account. Some people have multiple Adobe accounts and the subscription is tied to just one. I have two accounts and they have separate accounts. 

If you’re looking for full access across devices, it’s best to go with Acrobat Pro from the start and buy direct from adobe.com and not through Apple or Google. Adobe does NOT have access to your accounts or billings with those third-parties
