ik heb een abonnement al 2 maanden bij jullie lopen van 25 euro per maand maar als ik het stop wil zetten vermeld die dat ik 120 euro moet betalen voor vroegtijdig stop te zetten hoe kan ik dit vermijden aub?

    I checked your account and found an active subscription for Acrobat Pro DC.

    Also, your entitlement is an annual plan with a monthly payment option. 

     

    The charge you incurred is because of the pre-mature termination of the agreement, where you were given a discounted plan because of the annual plan.

    Wanneer kan ik dan best stop zetten ik gebruik het app niet meer! Waarom moet ik zoveel betalen voor stop te zetten ?
