Abonnement Prenium payé mais non actif

J´ai souscrit en septembre auprès Apple un abonnement Prenium annuel. Cependant je n'ai pas le service. Adobe me demande de souscire un abonnement. Qui dois-je contacter pour avoir le service de l'abonnement souscrit, je souhaite également être remboursée des deux mois où je n'ai pas eu le service.

Thankyou for reporting this to us. Make sure you are not getting confused between your Apple ID and your Adobe ID.  Till then please try to restore your subscription once using the below steps.

1. Tap on profile icon.

2. Tap on subscription.

3. Tap on restore purchase.
