Bonjour, 

je vous écris car chaque mois, je suis prélevé de ma banque pour un abonnement que j’aurai chez vous pourtant je ne pense pas en avoir un. Pouvez-vous regarder dans votre base de données et l’annuler s’il vous plaît.
