About the subscription

Dear All,

I'vd already paid for the yearly subscription, and the payment was also already transferred, but the account still show that i'm the free user.

when i check account detail, it can show that my account was paid until April 2025.  I want to know how to fix that? because i'm now cannot use all those premium function although i was already paid.

I've checked the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you're using on this community. It appears that there is no active subscription for Acrobat Premium linked to this account. If you used a different email address for the purchase, please let us know via private message so we can locate the subscription for you.

 

Additionally, you should have received a confirmation email from the App Store or Play Store, along with a separate email from Adobe after the purchase. If you could share a screenshot of those emails via private message, it would be very helpful to further track down the purchase.
