！！access denied！

i have trouble in logging in acrobat reader on my android device. it says access denied. please help!

Could you please share the screenshot of the error message you get.

Please make sure that you are using the correct ID and password.

Have you tried to login on desktop application? Check if you can login with your Adobe ID there.

i can log on the same account on my pc for sure! its just said access denied.

Could you please try once to logout from both the system and mobile device.

Then try to login on your mobile application first. Check if you can login.

Make sure that you enter your Adobe ID and password correctly.
