Access denied on Acrobat Reader for iPad
Since the latest APP update, the Acrobat Reader for iPad started asking for sign-in before I could use. I have an Adobe ID but didn’t remember the password so I went through “forgot password” to reset the password and now, obviously my Adobe ID is back in use and I have no issue in login to make a post on this forum.
BUT, I seem to never be able to sign in Acrobat Reader for iPad and I keep receiving an error message upon login attempt that says “Access Denied”. I’m trying to attach a screenshot of this. 
Anyone please could advise? Very much appreciated.
