Access denied problem in phone app

Hi, my access is denied in Adobe Acrobat cell phone app in my Andriod phone even a pro license is assigned by my company. I have tried uninstall and reinstall multiple times and cleared all clache data. Meanwhile, I can just use my account to log in Creative Cloud app, I cannot use any paid functions in Acrobat. Any tips?

I understand your frustration with accessing Acrobat services. I’ve checked the email address you used to sign in to the Forums and found that your Adobe ID is registered from China. Unfortunately, the services are not available in your region, which is why you’re seeing the access denied message.

 

However, you can still use Adobe Acrobat Reader without signing in. When you open the application, simply click on the "X" icon at the top right corner of the sign-in page to skip the sign-in process.
