Accidentally purchased application

Hello sir, I've accidentally purchased adobe acrobatActually i've subscribed for trial period and today my trial ended and it automatically subscribed for membership and my card got debited with 1 yr charge. And just i found that i immediately canceled my subscription i haven't even used the product. So i kindly request you if i can get my refund back as i don't use this app at all. I've contacted Samsung as i've purchased this app via galaxy store but they requested to contact Adobe as they don't look for refund matters. I've uploaded screenshot of my transaction id and the email Samsung sent to me.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.  As described you wan to cancel the Acrobat premium service with refund .

     

    I have checked the Adobe account with the email you are using on this community and found that you have purchased the premium service via Samsung. As its not a direct purchase from Adobe there isn't much that can be done in this case. Please contact the Galaxy store team for cancellation and refund.
