Accidently activated paid license on a second account, mow I have two paid license

Hello!

I accidentally activated an annual paid license on a second account. After logging in after a while I noticed that I had a trial license so I activated the annual license. After receiving two invoices in a short time, I found out that I have accounts with paid licenses, but I only need one.

Is there a way to cancel one license without paying the early cancelation fee?

Hello!

Unfortunately, this didn´t help.

The two accounts I have both have creative cloud all apps 100GB yearly license with monthly payments.

The licenses were both activated on adobe.com website.

I hope there is an another way to solve this problem

Birgit
