Acrobat Abo iOS iPhone change in abo macOS

Question

Ich habe einen bestehenden Acrobat Abo für die iPhone App. Dort funktioniert alles gut. Wenn ich mich auf dem Mac einloggen, funktionieren diese Funktionen nicht werden nicht freigeschalten und es wird ein neues Abo verlangt..  Ich möchte das künftig unter macOS benutzen… Wie kann ich das ändern ?! Danke für Support ...

Thanks for posting, Joachim. I can confirm that your subscription through the Apple iTunes store is active. If the Mac is not seeing your active subscription, then see https://adobe.ly/4byqZ0Y for steps on how to correct the error. If the computer or network is managed by an organization, then you will need their help to establish contact with our servers, Joachim. ^JW
