Acrobat Adobe Form Issue

my company is having issues with editing pdfs. when finished opening and filling out a form on adobe. the form saves and when trying to re open a blank form the fields are not blank and are filled with the previous information. we are all operating on ipads. please if anyone has a ressolve for this issue that would be appreciated.

Have whoever is creating the form (hopefully you) watch this video on how to create a reset button. They do a great job of walking you through all of the steps.
